Which file should I use?
- Word template, Avery 5160: type into the 30 boxes. Each box matches a 2⅝ × 1 in label on Avery 5160 (also 8160). Print at 100%.
- Word template, shelf strips: 16 strips, 4 × 1.25 in, on plain letter paper or cardstock. Print and cut on the dashed lines.
- Excel price list: keep your prices in a spreadsheet. The Unit price column works itself out when you enter the price, the amount and the unit. It is a price list, not a print layout: copy columns A–G and paste them into the shelf tag maker’s “Paste a list” box to print tags.
- PDFs: blank write-in labels, a test page for checking alignment, and cut lines for shelf strips. Print with “Actual size”.
- Other label sheets: for Uline insert cards, square and round price stickers, hang tags, barcode label sheets, thermal label printer rolls and the other sizes in the size guide, use the online shelf tag maker, sale tag maker or UPC generator and pick the sheet in “Label sheet / paper”.
- Sample CSV: shows the column order the shelf tag maker reads:
name, size, price, sale, upc, copies, note.
