About Shelf Tag Maker
I run a small neighborhood store. Every week there are new prices, new sale items and new products, and every one of them needs a shelf tag.
The tag software I tried was either built for big chains, wanted a monthly subscription, or made me type everything into a word processor and hope it lined up with the labels. Working out unit prices by hand for every tag took longer than printing them.
So I made this: type the item, size and price, and it prints a clean tag with the unit price already worked out, on the label sheets I can buy at an office store. Then I added the things I kept needing: sale signs, barcode labels and a few templates.
How it works
- It’s free and there is no account.
- Everything runs in your browser. Your prices stay on your computer.
- The label sizes are measured from the label makers’ own templates, and there’s a test page so you can line up your printer before you print.
If something doesn’t print right on your labels or printer, I’d like to know. See the contact page.
